A while back, there was a man who worked as a security guard in a very affluent household. His employer was a rather peculiar individual; every day, he would open the gates and car doors for him and greet him. However, the most astonishing part was that, to this day, the employer had never responded to his greetings.
This house hosted grand parties frequently, and surplus food was always left over. The guard, who came from humble beginnings, would collect this leftover food to take back to his family.
One day, as the guard was collecting the scraps, his employer spotted him, emptying the leftover food into bags. Just like any other day, the employer remained silent, but he observed closely.
The following day, the guard found a neatly packed box filled with fresh food. He was puzzled but elated. From that day on, he received a box filled with fresh food every day, which he gratefully took back to his family. It was enough to fill the stomachs of his loved ones.
Then, one day, the employer passed away suddenly, and everything changed. The guard never received a box of food from the garbage area again. He would go there day after day, checking, but to no avail.
He became despondent. Providing for his family became a challenge once more. Eventually, he made the decision to talk to his employer’s wife about increasing his wages.
The employer’s wife was a kind-hearted woman, and she was quite surprised to see the guard. In all the time he had worked for them, he had never brought up the topic of a pay raise, nor had he ever complained about his wages. Why, all of a sudden, was he making this request? She couldn’t fathom it.
Initially, the guard came up with various excuses, but eventually, he had to tell the truth. He shared the story of the boxes of food he found near the garbage area every day, which provided for his family. This revelation left the employer’s wife in shock.
It turned out, the man who had passed away was the one who personally left those boxes for the guard. He was stern and appeared indifferent, but he was kind-hearted in a way the guard had never imagined.
The employer’s wife began to weep. She then informed the guard that he was the seventh person who had received food directly from her husband after his passing.
From then on, the guard continued to receive the box of fresh food, but now, the employer’s son personally delivered it to him. Just like his father, he never responded when the guard thanked him.
Then, one day, the guard mustered the courage to express his gratitude in a loud voice. The son turned around and, with an apologetic tone, said, “Please forgive me. I have a hearing problem, just like my father. That’s why I seldom spoke. But I am genuinely thankful to you.”

کچھ عرصہ پہلے ایک شخص ایک بہت ہی امیر گھر میں سکیورٹی گارڈ کی نوکری کرتا تھا
اس کا مالک بہت عجیب تھا وہ ہر روز اپنے مالک کے لیے گھر کا گیٹ اور گاڑی کا دروازہ کھولتا اور انہیں سلام کرتا لیکن حیرت کی بات یہ تھی کہ آج تک اس کے مالک نے سلام کا جواب نہیں دیا تھا
اس گھر میں اکثر ہی بڑی بڑی پارٹیز ہوتی تھیں اور اکثر ہی بہت زیادہ کھانا بچ جاتا تھا
وہ گارڈ بہت غریب تھا وہ بچا ہوا کھانا اپنے گھر والوں کے لیے اٹھا لیاکرتا
ایک دن اس کے مالک نے اسے کچرے کی تھلیوں سے کھانا اٹھاتے ہوئے دیکھ لیا ۔۔۔ ہمیشہ کی طرح اس دن بھی وہ خاموش رہا ۔۔۔
اگلے دن جب وہ کچرے والی جگہ پر گیا تو اس نے تازہ کھانے سے بھرا ہوا ایک ڈبہ دیکھا بنا کچھ سوچے سمجھے اس نے خوشی خوشی وہ ڈبہ اٹھایا اور اپنے گھر لے گیا
اس دن کے بعد سے اسے ہر روز وہاں تازہ کھانے سے بھرا ڈبہ ملتا اور وہ اسے اپنے گھر لے جاتا یہ سارا سامان اس کے اہل و عیال کا پیٹ بھرنے کے لیے کافی ہوتا ۔۔۔۔
پھر ایک دن اس کے مالک کا اچانک انتقال ہوگیا اور سب کچھ بدل گیا ۔
اس دن کے بعد سے اسے کچرے کے ڈبوں کے پاس سے کبھی کھانے کا ڈبہ نہیں ملتا
وہ روز وہاں جاتا وہاں جا کر چیک کرتا لیکن اسے وہاں کچھ نا ملتا ۔۔۔
وہ بہت مایوس ہوگیا ۔ایک بار پھر سے اس کے لیے اپنے اہل و عیال کا پیٹ پالنا مشکل ہوگیا ۔
پھر ایک دن اس نے اپنے مالک کی بیوی سے اپنی تنخواہ بڑھوانے کی بات کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا
اس کے مالک کی بیوی کافی ہمدرد خاتون تھی وہ اسے دیکھ کر کافی حیران ہوئی کیونکہ جب سے وہ نوکری کر رہا تھا اس نے کبھی اپنی تنخواہ بڑھانے کی بات نہیں کی تھی ۔ اور نہ ہی کبھی اپنی تنخواہ کو لے کر کوئی شکایات کی تھیں پھر اچانک ایسا کیوں ہوا ؟؟ وہ کچھ سمجھ نہیں پا رہی تھی
پہلے تو اس گارڈ نے بہت بہانے بنائے پھر آخر اسے سچ بولنا پڑا
اس نے اپنی مالکن کو چیزوں والے ڈبے کے بارے میں بتایا جو اسے روز کچرے کے پاس پڑا ملتا تھا
یہ سن کر اس کی مالکن کا چہرہ
روشن ہوگیا اور اس نے گارڈ سے پوچھا کے کیا میرے شوہر کی وفات کے بعد سے ایسا ہونا بند ہوگیا ہے؟
وہ حیران ہوگیا کیونکہ ایسا ہی تھا
وہ اس کا مالک ہی تھا جو روز اس کے لیے کھانے کی چیزوں سے بھرا ڈبہ چھوڑ کر جاتا تھا
وہ شکل سے سخت اور لاپرواہ معلوم ہوتا تھا لیکن وہ اس قدر مہربان ہوگا اس بات کا اندازہ اس گارڈ کو نہیں تھا
اس کے مالک کی بیوی اچانک رونے لگی اور پھر اس نے اپنے گارڈ کو بتایا کے وہ ساتواں انسان ہے جسے اس کا شوہر کھانا کا ڈبہ دیا کرتا تھا ۔
اس دن کے بعد سے وہ روز تازہ کھانے کا ڈبہ وصول کرتا رہا لیکن فرق بس یہ تھا کے اب اس کے مالک کا بیٹا خود براہ راست اسے کے گھر پہنچاتا ۔۔۔
اور بلکل اس کے والد کی طرح جب بھی وہ اس کا شکریہ ادا کرتا تو وہ بھی کبھی جواب نا دیتا
پھر ایک دن اس نے اونچی آواز میں اس کا شکریہ ادا کیا تو اس نے پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا اور گارڈ سے معافی مانگتے ہوۓ کہا: معاف کیجیے گا مجھے بھی اپنے والد کی طرح کم سنائی دینے کا مسئلہ درپیش ہے اسی وجہ سے میں کچھ بولتا نہیں تھا لیکن میں دل سے آپکا شکر گزار ہوں ۔
تو دوستوں ہمیشہ دوسروں کے ساتھ اچھا کریں یہ غیر متوقع طریقوں سے واپس آئے گا ۔
